Systemic Agentic Framework · Solution

The Systemic Agentic Framework — the first distributed agentic SAFe engine.

For any IT profile to deliver through local agentic orchestrations yielding standard and homogeneous artifacts synchronized on a central shared repo contextualizing other local agentic orchestrations — a safe way — complementing ITIP and integrating with SIE.

Why it matters

Agentic transformation with a method — and the harness that makes it trustworthy.

Value Emergent

Definitions that generate systems.

The framework orchestrates the whole THINK space — portfolio, product, and team workflows — and BUILD is its last orchestration layer: governed GSM definitions become running systems, making GSM’s promise, “definitions that generate systems”, literally true, and closing THINK → BUILD → RUN as one loop. Spec-driven development, where the spec is governed and cannot drift.

Value Emergent

A method, run by agents, as a harness.

AI runs on intuition — exactly like we do — and methods are how intuition becomes reliable. SAFe, run by agents with a human ★ gate at every layer, is the cognitive harness that makes agentic delivery trustworthy. You don’t wait for a smarter model; you make it implement a method — the difference between agentic transformation and the pilot trap.

Value Emergent

Local orchestrations, one organization.

Each contributor runs the full agentic organization on their own machine; the standard, schema-validated artifacts it produces synchronize through the shared repo and become the context every other local orchestration builds on — organization-scale coherence with no central runtime.

Value Emergent

Open, local-first, sovereign.

Apache-2.0, harness and workspace both running on your machine against your working tree — sensitive context never leaves it, and nothing about how you deliver depends on a vendor’s cloud. Sovereignty isn’t a deployment option; it’s the architecture.

Value Emergent

Delivery history becomes governed context.

The harness journals every step, but that journal is only ever read by the harness itself. The SAF SIE Bridge is the edge that turns it into context: what an agentic team actually did — synchronized through the Agentic Workspace — becomes evidence-backed contributions on SIE’s Definition Blackboard Manager, the same way the ITIP sourcer turns a code repository into governed definitions.

The mental model

Three layers, three gates, one merged commit.

Think of an org chart, not a swarm: SAFe’s portfolio → program → iteration hierarchy, staffed by agents. Your strategic, tactical, and technical concerns enter their layer on your own machine — each layer orchestrated by agents running governed workflows, each closed by a human ★ gate, every step checked by the harness — and the validated artifacts sync out to the central workspace, contextualizing every other orchestration.

Products

Three products, one governed delivery loop — spec-driven, harnessed, human-gated.

Product v1.0

Agentic Harness

The agent harness — deterministic resolutions, validations, and traceability of agentic workflows, keeping probabilistic agents on rails.

Features

Product v0.1

SAFe Agentic Organization

Portfolio → program → iteration — a preset, IT-scaled agile org chart of agents — for operating efficiently on day-to-day strategic, tactical, and technical concerns.

Features

Product v0.0

Agentic Workspace

A shared remote workspace storing local agentic workflow artifacts, enabling local personal agents to operate on the required inputs of other local personal agents — for an end-to-end decentralized agentic workflow model.

Features

Product v0.0

SAF SIE Bridge

The client sourcer turning harness-governed agentic-execution history into governed context — the concrete form of SAF’s integration with SIE.
