Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-08-16.
This policy covers poesis.cloud and docs.poesis.cloud (together, "the sites").
Data controller
The data controller is Poesis (company registration pending — see the legal notice), reachable at clement.cazaud@outlook.com.
What we collect
- Website analytics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept analytics cookies: we collect pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser information). IP anonymization is enabled. If you reject analytics cookies, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics data is collected.
- Contact. If you email us, we process your email address and message content to respond to you.
The sites have no contact forms, no accounts, and no newsletters — no other personal data is collected through the sites themselves.
Purpose and legal basis
- Analytics: understanding how the sites are used, to improve them. Legal basis: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer).
- Responding to emails: handling your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries, and pre-contractual steps where relevant.
Processors and international transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. This involves a transfer to the United States, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The sites are hosted by GitHub, Inc. (United States), also under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the exchange, then deleted or archived per our internal retention practices.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact clement.cazaud@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
See the cookie policy for the list of cookies used and how to manage your consent.
