Planned offer

Organizational Context Engineering

Give humans and AI a shared understanding of the organization.

Documents can tell an agent what was written. They do not necessarily tell it which definition is current, who has authority, what depends on a decision or which constraints apply. Useful organizational context must make those distinctions explicit.

Planned service. Source access, modeling scope and consuming tools will be agreed per engagement; automated sourcing and runtime integrations remain subject to product readiness.

The Poesis approach

Connect the work to the system around it.

Poesis uses GSM to structure organizational definitions and SIE's lifecycle design to distinguish proposed knowledge from accepted authority. The planned engagement combines domain modeling, source mapping, provenance and review with task-specific context contracts. It complements retrieval and prompt engineering by defining what retrieved information means and when it is fit to guide action.

Intended outcomes

What you would take forward.

  • A coherent organizational model

A scoped vocabulary connecting purposes, functions, responsibilities, interactions and governing constraints.

  • Traceable, reviewable context

Source provenance, ownership and revision rules that separate observations and proposals from accepted definitions.

  • Context contracts for consumers

Defined information needs, access boundaries, freshness criteria and evaluation cases for humans, agents and applications.

Proposed engagement

From your starting point to a justified next step.

  1. Map the decisions

Identify who needs context, what decisions it must support and where incomplete or contradictory information causes failure.

  2. Model and reconcile

Structure the relevant knowledge, expose conflicts and agree who can review and accept each definition.

  3. Connect and evaluate

Design supported retrieval and integration paths, then test relevance, traceability and freshness on representative tasks.
