Planned offer

Agentic Transformation

Find the work worth delegating. Make delegation accountable.

An impressive agent demonstration is not an operating capability. The opportunity lies in choosing work where AI can produce useful results, giving it the right context and tools, and knowing when a person must decide.

Planned service, including use case discovery. Delivery scope, integrations and operating capacity are not yet offered as a standard engagement; a Poesis Pilot can be discussed separately.

The Poesis approach

Connect the work to the system around it.

Poesis connects use case discovery to workflow and governance design. The planned approach draws on SAF's explicit roles, instructions, artifact contracts and human gates, with GSM-based organizational definitions to anchor context. Each candidate is assessed against simpler automation, integration effort and measurable value before agentic complexity is introduced.

Intended outcomes

What you would take forward.

  • A ranked use case portfolio

Opportunities assessed for business value, frequency, context readiness, integration cost and consequences of failure.

  • Workflows with clear authority

Human and agent roles, tool permissions, handoffs, review gates and escalation paths designed around the work.

  • An evaluation and adoption plan

Representative cases, quality thresholds, latency and cost budgets, plus ownership and training for day-to-day use.

Proposed engagement

From your starting point to a justified next step.

  1. Discover

Investigate real tasks with their owners and shortlist opportunities where delegation can improve an observable result.

  2. Engineer the workflow

Specify context, tools, instructions and controls; define a bounded implementation and the tests it must pass.

  3. Evaluate and adopt

Use evidence from representative work to decide what to automate, retain under review or leave with people.
