Web Application
Bring IT definitions, evidence and decisions into one shared workspace.
The authenticated application shell is available. Planned workflows connect inventory authoring, ontology composition, scoped appraisal, impact analysis and cited copilot answers through the BFF and SIE, with tenant/object access controls.

Definition Blackboard Code Sourcer
Turn inspected code revisions into evidence-backed definition proposals.
The planned sourcer will analyze pinned repository revisions, initially for JVM projects, and prepare candidates for expert review. Source evidence describes the inspected revision; draft promotion and confirmation of deployed behavior are separate steps.

Definition Manager
Keep system definitions versioned, accessible and governed through change.
REST APIs, retained snapshots and transition controls provide the current implementation scope. Tenant/object authorization, current graded validation and revision-bound decisions are being completed; committed change notifications and MCP access are planned.

Operator
Connect governed definitions to execution and planned Norm evaluation.
The execution implementation resolves eligible definitions and dispatches through selected adapters. Caller authority, execution budgets and failure handling remain integration boundaries. Planned pure Norm evaluation will return verdicts over pinned inputs without dispatching effects.

Definition Blackboard Manager
Bring evidence and competing proposals into a shared review space.
Panels, contribution intake, retention and sequential sealing are implemented. Concurrent intake integrity and client integration remain in scope for completion. Clients reconcile candidates and promote drafts; sealing closes collection rather than approving a definition.

Specifications
Define systems and governance with a shared, extensible language.
GSM 1.0 source content specifies eight primitives, Archetypes, DNA grammar and the Ascription lifecycle. Document-set publication is pending. Processor conformance and neutral stewardship are separate adoption steps; OASIS candidacy is not endorsement.

Ontology
Start governance modeling from sourced vocabulary and reusable templates.
Selected framework, protocol and IT-domain packages include source mappings and unbound governance templates. Adopters select scope, review interpretations and govern their bindings. These content packages describe requirements; runtime assessment belongs to consuming tools.

Research Lab
Explore and challenge the ideas shaping GSM.
Non-normative hypotheses, case records and a decision register examine GSM as a candidate systemics model. Conceptual cases and executed experiments remain distinct; findings enter the specification through accepted Change Proposals.

Agentic Harness
Give local agentic work explicit steps, artifact checks and traceable decisions.
On supported host adapters, the harness resolves workflow steps and model profiles, supplies instructions, checks mediated writes and records invocations. Checks cover declared schemas and Markdown metadata. Authenticated human approval is planned; atomic writes and cross-host compatibility remain integration boundaries.

SAFe Agentic Organization
Organize agentic delivery around clear roles, shared practices and reviewable artifacts.
A catalogue of SAFe-oriented roles and versioned guidance is available, with workflow graphs, playbooks and artifact contracts under integration. Planned authenticated human approval will bind decisions to exact revisions. Execution depends on supported harness, template and host combinations.

Agentic Workspace
Keep delivery artifacts in your working tree with a repeatable path to setup and checks.
Git-backed artifact conventions and separate journals support manual local setup today. A pinned installer and reusable validation/publication pipelines are planned. The harness owns write validation; remotes, backups and collaboration retain their own policies.

SAF SIE Bridge
Turn captured delivery history into proposals for governed context.
The planned bridge will derive typed candidates from pinned SAF artifacts and journals, retaining provenance and uncertainty for review. Client-owned reconciliation and draft promotion connect those proposals to SIE; sourcing itself does not approve or deploy them.
