Application

The IT Intelligence Platform.

ITIP is where every IT profile converges — architects, developers, ops, project managers, security and compliance — to define, govern, and visualize the IT landscape through a single governed source of truth. It is the first domain application built on SIE, translating the GSM standard for the IT domain.

Why it matters

From governance that drifts to a model that maintains itself.

Governance that stops drifting.

Architecture wikis, compliance spreadsheets, and review boards drift from reality the moment they are written. ITIP makes the definition the living source of truth — sourced from the real system, governed continuously, and never reconstructed under audit pressure.

A source of truth AI can act on.

Every definition is typed by a GSM Archetype, so its meaning is explicit and machine-readable. Humans and AI agents reason and generate from the same governed account of what your systems are, what they must do, and why.

What it does

Four functional components, one governed loop.

Definition

Architecture, dependencies, obligations, and constraints live as one governed inventory — a single source of truth, with impact you can trace through typed relations.

Truth sourcing

Code, API contracts, and infrastructure are sourced into governed definitions — so the model reflects reality instead of drifting from it.

Frameworks

TOGAF, ISO 25010 / 25012, GDPR, NIS2, DORA and more — sourced into ready-made Archetypes, Directives, and Norms you can enforce on day one.

Artifactory

Generate any IT deliverable from the definitions — ADR packs, compliance evidence, architecture baselines, roadmaps — from Archetype-bound templates.

Definition

One governed source of truth.

The definition inventory holds your Structures, Interactions, obligations, and constraints as governed, typed definitions — not wikis and spreadsheets. Because relations are typed, “if I change this, what breaks?” is answered by tracing the model, not by asking the longest-tenured engineer. It is the same object the BUILD and RUN layers reference.

Truth sourcing

The model reflects reality, continuously.

ITIP sources IT artifacts — source code, API contracts, infrastructure — into governed GSM definitions through the SIE Blackboard, each contribution carrying a confidence score and a provenance envelope. The definition stays anchored to the real system instead of drifting from it.

Frameworks

Adopt a framework — its governance is already in your model.

GSM's core is deliberately small; the domain meaning comes from Frameworks — established bodies of knowledge sourced into GSM as ready-made Archetypes, Directives, and Norms. TOGAF, ISO 25010 / 25012, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, SOC 2 and more — each enforceable the moment you attach it.

Governance, ready-made

Directives and Norms encode the framework's requirements — enforceable on day one, not authored from scratch under audit pressure.

Meaning that travels

Domain Archetypes carry vocabulary, grammar, and semantics together — so what “reliability” or “GDPR Article 32” requires lives in the type, not in someone's head.

They compose, not conflict

Every framework speaks the same DNA, so a regulation, a quality model, and an architecture framework layer into one coherent fabric — overlaps merged, no silos.

Provable traceability

Every Norm traces to the framework it came from, so regulatory coverage is continuous and provable — not reconstructed before each audit.

Artifactory

Any IT deliverable, generated from the definitions.

The Artifactory turns governed definitions into operational IT deliverables — ADR packs, compliance evidence packs, architecture baselines, roadmaps, documentation — from Archetype-bound templates, each artifact traceable to the definitions it was built from. Generate from a single source instead of hand-authoring documents that are stale on delivery.
